An enquiry starts with your ideas. A commission begins only after written agreement on the work and its terms.
From enquiry to commission
The form, an email or a WhatsApp message does not commit you to a purchase. You receive a proposal identifying the contracting business, its contact and registration details, the scope and terms before an agreement is made.
Design fee and costs
Your stated budget is for the design fee, not the overall furnishing or construction budget. The proposal sets out the agreed fee, VAT, payment terms and any travel, measurement or other additional costs. Furniture, materials and execution are not automatically included.
What you receive
The proposal defines the spaces, concepts, layouts, material advice and images to be developed. It also sets out the level of detail, file formats and number of feedback rounds. Additional requests are discussed before proceeding.
Dimensions and technical detail
We agree who supplies information and dimensions, and whether a site survey is needed. Measurements, product specifications and technical feasibility must be checked before purchase or execution. Concept images are not technical construction or permit drawings.
Qualified professionals and construction
Structural work, permissions, technical calculations, installations and construction are not automatically part of the design enquiry. Where needed, these are assessed separately with the appropriate qualified professionals. This website does not assert a qualification as an architect or engineer.
Schedule and changes
Timing reflects the agreed work, availability and required information. A preferred start date is not a confirmed appointment. Feedback, approval, changes, cancellation and any statutory rights are addressed before the agreement is concluded.
Images, products and usage rights
The studies on this website are original concepts, not completed client projects. Images express a direction for materials, atmosphere and proportions. Product prices and availability can change. Design usage rights and terms for any product purchases are agreed separately.
